A federal district court in Missouri denied the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment on Control Techchnology & Solutions LLC’s trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, duty of loyalty, conspiracy, and unjust enrichment action against Omni Energy Partners LLC. The court said that genuine issues of material fact exist.
