The district of Maryland denied Tricore Systems LLC’s motion for summary judgment on Aarow Electric Solutions’ trade secret misappropriation claims. The court found that summary judgment was premature, as the parties didn’t have an opportunity for reasonable discovery. The court warned Aarow that its current descriptions of its trade secrets were overbroad and wouldn’t pass muster at the close of discovery.
