A federal district court in Florida denied America II Group LLC and Sourceability North America LLC’s joint motions for entry of a stipulated injunction and dismissal on the grounds that it lacked standing to enforce the proposed injunction. The court found that the parties hadn’t set forth facts that warrant the injunctive relief sought and held that the injunction’s terms were too vague to be enforced. The court also held that it lacked standing to enforce the proposed injunction because the plaintiff’s alleged injury wasn’t certainly impending.
