A federal district court in Indiana agreed to reconsider Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance’s motion to seal documents in its trade secrets misappropriation action against Amazon.com Inc. The bureau had sought to maintain under seal an exhibit that contained information designated as confidential by Amazon, but Amazon’s counsel failed to timely file a brief in support of the bureau’s motion, as required by local court rules, the court said.
