A federal district court in Pennsylvania denied MobilFlex Inc.'s motion to dismiss Cornell Storefront Systems Inc.'s action for trade secrets misappropriation, tortious interference with contracts, tortious interference with business relationships, conversion, and unjust enrichment. According to the court, this case isn’t barred by causes of action previously adjudicated in state court.
