Case: Trade Secrets/Procedure (D.D.C.)

The District of the District of Columbia denied CivitasDX LLC, Cognitive Medical Systems Inc., Halfaker and Associates LLC, Science Applications International Corporation, and Client First Technologies Inc.'s motion to consolidate Trilogy Federal LLC’s trade secret misappropriation and tortious interference with prospective business relationship action with a related case and to stay pending the arbitration in the related case. The court held that the two cases are in different postures, and that a stay would delay this case indefinitely and wouldn’t resolve all of the issues.
