Case: Trade Secrets/Procedure (C.D. Cal.)

A federal district court in California denied Skyryse Inc.'s motion to stay Moog Inc.'s action for breach of contract and implied contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, trade secrets misappropriation, fraud/misrepresentation, tortious interference with contractual relationship, intentional interference with existing and prospective business relationships, and unfair business practices. And the court granted in part and denied in part motions to dismiss by former Moog employees who joined Skyryse, and granted in part and denied in part Moog’s motion to dismiss.
