Case: Trade Secrets/Procedure (11th Cir.)

The Eleventh Circuit affirmed the decision of a federal district court in Florida denying a former CEO’s challenges to the denial of his post-trial motions for judgment as a matter of law and new trial, in this action for breach of nondisclosure agreements, misappropriation of Alpine Securities Corporation’s trade secrets, and unjust enrichment. The appeals court also affirmed the district court’s denial of Alpine’s request for a permanent injunction.
