A federal district court in California denied Infosys Limited’s motion to dismiss Cognizant TriZetto Software Group Inc.'s action for trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, and false advertising. The court said that Cognizant sufficiently pleaded its claims and Infosys couldn’t establish that the statute of limitations barred them.
