Vicidiem Inc., a provider of wholesale internet, television, and telephone services to apartment complexes and other multi-unit developments, has sufficiently pleaded a violation of Utah trade secret law. Vicidiem has alleged that its former attorney and chief operating officer was given access to such confidential information as Vicidiem’s customer contracts, business strategies, and upcoming and potential projects, and to confidential information about programs, methods, techniques, and processes that Vicidiem developed and used.
