The District of Kansas denied Uhlig LLC’s motion for leave to amend its trade secrets misappropriation claim against PropLogix LLC regarding PropLogix’s use of Uhlig’s customer list. The court held that Uhlig failed to show its customer list was generally unknown and not readily ascertainable, and how it took steps to maintain confidentiality of the alleged trade secret. And the court said that Uhlig didn’t show good cause to amend the scheduling order deadline.
