The Second Circuit affirmed the decision of a federal district court in New York dismissing DM Manager LLC, McAllister Acceptance Corp., Motor Acceptance Company LLC, Motor Funding Services LLC, and Random Holdings Inc.'s action for misappropriation, unfair competition, intentional fraud, and fraudulent concealment against Fidelity National Information Services Inc., Fidelity Information Services LLC, and FIS eProcess Intelligence LLC. The appeals court affirmed the district court’s determination that the misappropriation claims are time-barred, and said that the district court didn’t err by dismissing the intentional fraud claim or by denying leave to amend the fraudulent concealment claim.
