A federal district court in Ohio partially granted Tidal Vision Products Inc.'s motion for a preliminary injunction enjoining its former vice president from disclosing and misappropriating its property, property information, and trade secrets. The court said that Tidal Vision showed a likelihood of success on the merits as to its confidential customer lists.
