A federal district court in California granted eHealthinsurance Services Inc.'s motion for a preliminary injunction in its trade secrets misappropriation and breach of contract action against its former employees and competitor Healthpilot Technologies LLC. eHealthinsurace claimed that seven former employees entered into agreements with it that required them to keep certain information confidential and to return the company’s property and information at the end of their employment, but that they copied its proprietary information for their own use, failed to return the materials, and used some information to benefit Healthpilot.
