Case: Trade Secrets/Injunctions (E.D.N.Y.)

A federal district court in New York denied TileBar’s motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction in its trade secrets misappropriation action against former employees and Glazzio Tiles. TileBar sought an immediate return of all of its trade secrets, termination of the former employees’ employment at Glazzio, and an injunction preventing Glazzio from launching its planned commercial division. According to the court, TileBar failed to establish a threat of irreparable harm. And the court denied TileBar’s request for expedited discovery and its motion to seal an exhibit to a supplemental declaration.
