The Sixth Circuit reversed and remanded the decision of a federal district court in Ohio denying PCC Airfoils LLC’s motion for a preliminary injunction seeking to prevent a former employee from disclosing trade secrets or working on similar products at a competitor. According to the appeals court, the district court erred by requiring clear and convincing evidence for each preliminary injunction factor, instead of considering whether all four factors taken together clearly weigh in favor of granting injunctive relief.
