A federal district court in Ohio denied Top Partners Management LLC, EnTox Solutions LLC, and an individual’s motion for attorneys’ fees and costs in Metron Nutraceuticals LLC’s action for trade secret misappropriation and breach of contract. According to the court, Metron didn’t bring its claims for an improper purpose or in bad faith.
