The Federal Circuit denied VirtaMove Corp.'s petition for a writ of mandamus to vacate the decision of a federal district court in Texas transferring this patent infringement suit against Google LLC to a federal district court in California. According to the appeals court, VirtaMove didn’t show a clear abuse of discretion that produced a patently erroneous result.
