The Federal Circuit denied VirtaMove Corp.'s petition for a writ of mandamus to vacate the decision of a federal district court in Texas transferring this patent infringement suit against Amazon.com Inc., Amazon.com Services LLC, and Amazon Web Services Inc. to a federal district court in California. The appeals court said that the district court’s ruling wasn’t a clear abuse of discretion that produced a patently erroneous result.
