The Federal Circuit denied SAP America Inc. and SAP SE’s petition for a writ of mandamus seeking to compel a federal district court in Texas to transfer Valtrus Innovations Ltd. and Key Patent Innovations Ltd.'s patent infringement case to another division of the district. The appeals court said SAP failed to demonstrate entitlement to mandamus relief.
