The district of Utah denied WebGroup Czech Republic AS and NKL Associates SRO’s motion to transfer Dish Technologies LLC and Sling TV LLC’s action for infringement of patents that concern adaptive bitrate streaming technology to the district of Delaware. The court said that WebGroup Czech and NKL Associates didn’t show that any of the contested convenience factors support transfer.
