A federal district court in California denied Krisp Technologies Inc.'s motion to dismiss Sanas AI Inc.'s action for patent infringement, co-inventorship and co-ownership, misappropriation of trade secrets, false advertising, and unfair competition. The court said that Krisp can file a motion for judgment on the pleadings after the close of the pleadings.
