A federal district court in New York denied Bemmo Inc.'s motion to dismiss Ridge Wallet LLC’a action for infringement of a patent for a compact wallet substantially no larger than a credit card and for “Forged Ember” trade dress. The court said that Ridge successfully pleaded direct and indirect infringement, as well as trade dress infringement.
