A U.S. magistrate judge in Texas granted Sitepro Inc.'s motion to amend Waterbridge Resources LLC’s patent infringement action to add an additional patent and other integration systems to the case. Waterbridge Resources opposed adding to the case other integration systems that are similar to the WaterBridge Clone System and that allegedly use misappropriated Sitepro trade secrets to create the system. The court said the new patent and non-patent claims are properly joined to the case.
