A federal district court in Wisconsin granted in part and denied in part the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment on MCP IP LLC’s action against Ravin Crossbows LLC for infringement of crossbow patents. The court granted summary judgment of noninfringement to Ravin as to some patents, and granted MCP’s motion on Ravin’s invalidity counterclaims for two patents and Ravin’s inequitable conduct claim for one patent.
