The Federal Circuit affirmed in part and vacated and remanded in part the decision of a federal district court in Texas granting summary judgment on Global Tubing LLC’s action related to Tenaris Coiled Tubes LLC and Tenaris S.A.'s patents for a quenched-and-tempered coiled tubing product. The appeals court vacated the district court’s grant of summary judgment to Global Tubing on its inequitable conduct claim, as well as its grant of summary judgment to Tenaris on Global Tubing’s Walker Process fraud claim.
