Case: Patents/Summary Judgment (Fed. Cir.)

The Federal Circuit affirmed the decision of the District of Maryland granting summary judgment in favor of MV2 LLC on Leading Technology Composites Inc.'s action for infringement of a patent that relates to armoring sheets and panels which are adapted for resisting penetrations by ballistic projectiles. According to the appeals court, LTC failed to demonstrate the existence of a genuine dispute of material fact.
