Case: Patents/Summary Judgment & Evidence (D.N.M.)

A federal district court in New Mexico denied Applied Capital Inc. and ADT Corp.'s motions for summary judgment and motions to exclude expert testimony in this action for infringement of Applied Capital’s patent for a system and method for monitoring premises using a graphical floor plan. The court denied Applied Capital summary judgment on ADT’s invalidity defense, and denied ADT summary judgment on noninfringement. And the court denied the parties’ motions to exclude testimony of three experts.
