Case: Patents/Summary Judgment (D. Del.)

The District of Delaware granted Scale Biosciences Inc. summary judgment of non-infringement on Parse Biosciences Inc.'s counterclaims for infringement of patents directed to methods of uniquely labeling or barcoding molecules within a cell, a plurality of cells, and/or a tissue. According to the court, there is no genuine dispute of material fact as to whether Scale’s products literally infringe the asserted claims.
