The First Circuit reversed in part, vacated in part, and remanded the decision of the District of Massachusetts granting Hamilton, Brook, Smith & Reynolds PC summary judgment on BlueRadios Inc.'s breach of contract action relating to BlueRadios and Kopin Corporation’s patent for a wireless headset. The appeals court reversed the district court’s decision as to the legal malpractice claim’s timeliness and the attorney-client relationship question, and vacated as to the other claims’ timeliness.
