A federal district court in Texas denied Target Corp., Best Buy LP, Office Depot LLC, Costco Wholesale Corp., and Walmart Inc.'s motions to stay Ministrap LLC’s patent infringement actions relating to resold products, pending resolution of a declaratory judgment action of noninfringement brought by Fantasia Trading LLC in Georgia. The court said that Fantasia’s action will simplify little if anything in this action, and that a stay may prejudice Ministrap.
