A federal district court in Wisconsin denied Mileston Bath Products Inc. and Tightseal LLC’s motion to dismiss for lack of standing BCI Acrylic Inc.'s action for infringement of a patent for a method for creating simulated tile wall. The court said that Mileston and Tightseal didn’t overcome the presumption of correct inventorship by clear and convincing evidence.
