The Federal Circuit reversed the decision of the District of Minnesota finding claims of NimbeLink Corp.'s patent invalid, in this action against Digi International Inc. for infringement of patents that relate to embedded cellular modems. The appeals court reversed the district court’s holding that the preamble phrase “space-efficient cellular modem device” is indefinite.
