A federal district court in Ohio denied the Noco Company Inc.'s motion for leave to amend its patent infringement complaint and final infringement contentions in this action against SmarTech Products Inc. and SmarTech Inc. for patent and trademark infringement relating to automotive and marine industry portable power devices. The court said that Noco has failed to demonstrate good cause for waiting to seek leave to amend.
