The Federal Circuit vacated and remanded the decision of a federal district court in Texas dismissing for failure to state a claim Adnexus Inc.'s action against Meta Platforms Inc. for infringement of patent that claims a system and method of online advertising. The appeals court determined that Adnexus adequately alleged that Meta’s Lead Ads product infringed it product.
