The Federal Circuit denied Intel Corporation and Lenovo (United States) Inc.'s petition for a writ of mandamus challenging the denial of their request for institution of inter partes review of USTA Technology LLC’s patent that relates to increasing spectrum in a wireless network. The court held that Intel and Lenovo didn’t show a clear and indisputable right to relief or a colorable constitutional claim.
