The Federal Circuit denied Tessell Inc.'s petition for a writ of mandamus seeking to compel the U.S. PTO director to vacate decisions denying institution of inter partes review of patents owned by Nutanix Inc. that name Tessell’s founders and employees as inventors. The court said that Tessell didn’t show a clear and indisputable right to relief.
