The Federal Circuit affirmed in part, reversed in part, vacated in part, and remanded the decision of the District of Delaware that Evenflo Company Inc. infringed claims of two Wonderland Switzerland AG’s patents directed to car seats for children. The appeals court reversed the district court’s judgment that Evenflo’s seats infringe one patent under the doctrine of equivalents, reversed the district court’s grant of a permanent injunction as to both patents, and reversed the denial of a new trial on willful infringement for one patent.
