The Federal Circuit affirmed the decision of a federal district court in California dismissing Cooperative Entertainment Inc.'s patent infringement suit against Kollective Technology Inc. The appeals court said that the district court didn’t err by dismissing the complaint or abuse its discretion by denying Cooperative another opportunity to amend.
