The Federal Circuit dismissed ironSource Ltd.'s appeal of a post-grant review in this final written decision from the Patent Trial and Appeal Board granting Digital Turbine Inc.'s revised motion to amend proposing substitute claims of a patent that discloses downloading and installing mobile device applications in the background instead of directing a user to an application store. The court said that ironSource failed to establish an injury in fact sufficient to confer standing to appeal.
