A federal district court in New York denied Wowline Inc.'s motion for post-trial relief and granted Dynamite Manufacturing Inc.'s motions for an award of fees, costs and enhanced damages in this action for infringement of the Wallet Ninja design patent. And the court granted Dynamite’s motion for a permanent injunction against some defendants.
