The district of Delaware denied in part and granted in part Harman International Industries Inc. and Harman-Kardon Inc.'s motion to dismiss Staton Techiya LLC’s action for infringement of patents involving ear-worn technology. The court denied Harman’s motion to dismiss the pre-suit induced and willful infringement claims for three patents, and well as the direct infringement claims for three other patents. And the court granted the motion to dismiss the post-suit induced infringement and willful infringement claims for all nine patents, as well as the direct infringement claims for one patent.
