A federal district court in California denied Ottobock Se & Co. KGAA and Active Life LLC’s motion to dismiss Cranial Technologies Inc.'s claims for indirect and willful infringement of patents for automatic selection of cranial model remodeling device configuration and trim lines. According to the court, Cranial sufficiently pleaded Ottobock and Active Life’s knowledge as of the filing of the complaint.
