A federal district court in New York granted Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation’s motion to dismiss Endobotics LLC’s action for infringement of patents that disclose surgical instruments. The court said that Endobotics didn’t plead claims for direct, indirect, induced, and willful infringement, and dismissed its claim for damages.
