The District of New Jersey denied as premature LG Electronics Inc. and LG Electronics USA Inc.'s motion for judgment on the pleadings on Gesture Technology Partners LLC’s action for infringement of a patent that discloses camera-based interaction and instruction. Although LG asserted that the sole remaining claim in this case has been invalidated by the Federal Circuit, and no other issues remain, the court noted that a patent claim remains active in this case.
