The District of Delaware granted in part and denied in part Meticulous Home Inc.'s motion to dismiss Duvall Espresso IP Enforcement LLC’s action for infringement of two patents for systems for creating and brewing infused beverages. The court granted the motion to dismiss with respect to the indirect infringement claims, and with respect to the direct infringement and willful infringement claims of one claim of one patent and the asserted claims of the second patent, as well as to claims of pre-suit willful infringement of one patent.
