The Patent Trial and Appeal Board canceled claims of Sandvik Intellectual Property AB’s patent that relates to gyratory crushers used for crushing ore, mineral and rock material to smaller sizes, and granted Sandvik’s motion to amend, in this inter partes review by CMS Cepcor Ltd. and CMS Cepcor Americas LLC. And the board dismissed CMS Cepcor’s motion to exclude evidence.
