Challenged claims of Sandvik Intellectual Property AB’s patent that relates to gyratory crushers used for crushing ore, mineral, and rock material to smaller sizes aren’t unpatentable as obvious over prior art, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board said, in an inter partes review by CMS Cepcor Ltd. and CMS Cepcor Americas LLC.
