The Patent Trial and Appeal Board held that some challenged claims of NTECH Properties Inc.'s patent that relates to providing media programming are unpatentable as obvious over prior art, in an inter partes review by TikTok Inc. According to the board, some challenged claims aren’t obvious over prior art titled “Customized Media on Demand,” “Method and Apparatus for Creation, Distribution, Assembly and Verification of Media,” and “System and Method for Targeting Object Oriented Audio and Video Content to Users.”
