Challenged claims of e-Vision Optics LLC’s patent that relates to electronic spectacle frames with a housing module attached to a structural member of the frame are unpatentable as obvious over prior art, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board said, in an inter partes review by Luxottica of America Inc.
